Hear Her Voice is a program offered by UKCWC to help women improve and practice their English public speaking skills. Through regular speech giving practice, discussions in small groups and a variety of public speaking activities, “Hear Her Voice” will help its participants to improve their verbal dexterity and build their confidence in using English when public speaking.

‘Hear Her Voice’ Speech exercise series – First Talk
The first “Hear Her Voice” activity was a regular speech exercise, hosted by Huang Xinyao. Guest Ding Ping talked about “How the family of origin would have influenced your attitudes towards marriage and romantic relationships”.
‘Hear Her Voice’ Speech exercise series – Second Talk
The theme of the second phase of “Hear Her Voice” is “China, A personal journey”, hosted by Huang Xinyao. Guest Lin Yue talked about how to define China, the history of China in recent years, and the future from the three questions of What, When and Why. She discussed the development of China, cultural differences at the individual and collective levels and the changes in the development of individuals.

The third “Hear Her Voice” activity was a regular speech exercise, hosted by Huang Xinyao. Four guests introduced “A Shining Star in Chinese Culture and Creative industry”; “The whole brain child”; “How to find a partner”; “What a new year present”!
