In our latest UKCWC Bamboo Ceiling Workshop, Chinese women professionals came together to share, listen, and lift one another.
The discussion was a reminder that we are not alone in navigating cultural identity, visibility, and growth in the workplace. Through connection, we empower one another. Through sharing, we create change.
At the UK Chinese Women’s Collective (UKCWC), our mission is to keep building these spaces of trust, learning, and collective empowerment, helping more women rise beyond the Bamboo Ceiling, together.
