Our Breaking The Bamboo Ceiling survey findings confirm that 75% of respondents have felt discouraged in their careers due to the Bamboo Ceiling. This workshop is a space to shift that narrative — together.

The workshop will be led by Katherine Cui, founder of Clover Coaching Cambridge and ICF-accredited professional life coach with years of corporate management, business development, and education experience — and co-hosted by Xinyao Huang, Head of the Research & Impact Department at UKCWC.
